Our Approach
For all pest issues, we live by three basic principles: Track, Trace and Eliminate.
Track - First we track down your problem looking for any evidence of pest intrusion at the property.
Trace - Then we trace the evidence back to the root cause issue.
Eliminate - At this point we work together to eliminate the problem you’re having.
This will be supplied to you in quote form for your discretion and approval.
Once you have accepted our quote of works, we can get back to the job at hand of tackling the pests on site.

We have 2 fully qualified Pest Control Officers.
We have 3 IPAF-qualified staff that are able to use a wide range of access machinery, including mechanical booms, scissor lifts and tracked booms.
Our staff team leader is IOSH qualified and we can provide risk assessments and method statements for any job we will be undertaking.
We are members of Safe Contractor.
We are a fully insured company with both public/product and employers liability insurance (Liability: £10 Million).
We can provide a designated account manager, meaning you deal with the same person, enabling them to get a good understanding of your needs and to give you the best service possible.
